The session on Collegiality / Team Building held at Holy Family Virika Hospital was a pivotal event aimed at fostering a collaborative and cohesive work environment among our healthcare professionals. Recognizing the critical role of teamwork in delivering high-quality patient care, the session focused on strategies to enhance communication, trust, and collaboration within our multidisciplinary teams.
